Important Basic Information – Please Read!
Monthly Deadlines: New member applications must be
completed online by the 25TH of the month. In an emergency
ONLY, we will accept mailed in orders by the 25th.
UFP & Masters “Manual” (mailed in re-orders) must always be with
a money order and order form. Do not just mail a money order!
They must be received by the Data Processing Center by the
25TH of the month. Postmarks do not count. It is up to you to
make sure your order arrives on time. Please pay attention to
holidays and weekends. Late orders received after the 25TH will
be put in the next month’s processing cycle.
The UFP bank draft occurs on or after the 20th of every month.
The Masters and UBP is on the 25th. Any changes or cancellations
must be communicated to the Data Processing Center by the
14th. Please pay attention to holidays and weekends.
When to expect your coins: Basically, you are always ordering
next month’s coins. All payments (mailed in or from banks) must
be received by CMI by the 25TH of the month. On the 1st of the
following month, all payments are posted. That is when your coins
are actually ordered and they are shipped shortly thereafter. For
example, your payment was mailed in during May or your bank
draft was on May 25. The payment will be posted June 1. Your
JUNE coins will be mailed to you. This will be verified by the
packing slip in your coin order. Be sure to look at your packing slip
and verify your order each time a package arrives.
Bank draft information:
Changes or cancellations must be received by the Data
Processing by the 14th. The UFP bank withdrawal always occurs
on the 20th. (The Masters and UBP is on the 25th). The file is
closed on the 14th for proper processing. You cannot call on the
20th to cancel. That is TOO LATE. The electronic draft file is sent
out 2-3 business days early to the clearinghouse. Please pay
attention to weekends and holidays. Bank rejections always incur
a $20 fee that you must take care of in order to continue
purchasing from CMI. This fee is in addition to whatever your bank
may charge.
Basic ‘rules’ of the program: If you are a member of the
Ultimate Financial Plan (UFP) or Ultimate Benefit Plan (UBP), CMI
benefits are based on regular consistent purchases. If you miss
one purchase, you do not get your commission check . If you miss
two purchases in a row, you permanently lose the members you
have recruited.
See the Masters page for information on that program. See the link
above and to the right.
How much should my purchase be? Your sponsor should help
you with this. For the UFP, when you first sign up with CMI, there is
a one-time $10 fee. When you are on bank draft, there is always a
fee (refer to the request form to calculate it.) This fee is also
collected when you first join CMI. The order forms provide you the
ability to properly choose and calculate your coin purchase.
Please ask your sponsor or CMI headquarters if you are not sure
how much to purchase.
Bonuses: This is one of the most beneficial aspects of a
successful CMI program. Beyond earning a commission check,
you accumulate credits on your account based on the purchase
activity of the members under you. Every 12 sales credits creates
a bonus that is added to your commission check. You also get
bonus coins! The different levels of credits accumulate separately.
Please attend a workshop or call CMI headquarters for more
information.
Taxes: This is the CMI benefit that will pay off every year. CMI
offers workshops on this subject . Earnings/Commission: If you
earned more than $600 from CMI, the Data Processing Center will
electronically report your earnings to the IRS. You will get a mailed
1099 if you earned more than $600. Expenses/Purchases: If
you wish to obtain a report on your coin purchases during the
year, you may obtain one from the processing center for $10.
Look for the TAX button above on the left.
