The Automatic Bank Draft is a
privileged & optional
form of payment offered by CMI.

BANK DRAFT DAY:
the 25th
for UBP, Masters Stage 1 & Stage 2
the 20th for UFP

Actually, we must send the bank draft electronic
file to the clearinghouse
two whole WORKING
DAYS ahead of the 20th so that the withdrawal
hits your bank account on time. (Of course,
weekends and holidays affect drafting day.)  This
is the most complicated process we do.

We cannot stress enough how important it is to
make any changes or cancellations several days
before bank draft day. If you need to change
bank accounts, the draft amount, cancel your
draft, or request to change anything about your
bank draft, please call, email or fax far ahead of
time.  We know your budget will appreciate it!

Our deadline for requests is the 14th
for all 4 programs.

YOU CANNOT JUST MAKE A PHONE CALL TO
AFFECT YOUR BANK DRAFT. Having the
request in writing is a precaution for who made
the request and to aid us in properly entering the
request into the computer.

14th:   is the deadline for changes or restarts or
cancellations
We always close the file early. Withdrawals start
as early as the 20th for the UFP -- 25th for Stage
1&2 and UBP.  This date cannot be changed.

See the Calendar Link on the left.

You cannot call us on the 19th or the 20th to
cancel the draft!  That is too late.

YOU MUST CONTACT US, THE PROCESSING
CENTER , ABOUT THE BANK DRAFT~~~~~~
Not headquarters, not coin shipping, not
Raymond Renfrow. Unless you communicate
directly with us, you cannot be guaranteed that
your request is processed.

Phone requests must be backed up in writing:
sending a form by fax or email. Changes in the
draft amount or bank account, cancellations, and
restarts require forms to be filled out.

NOTHING IS PERFORMED WITHOUT YOUR
WRITTEN PERMISSION.
No activity is performed automatically.

When will you get your coins?

The purchase you are making on bank draft day is
a few days ahead of the end of CMI's monthly
cycle. For example, if you are drafted on January
25th, you are paying for your February coin
shipment.  For more information, visit the
Lifecycle link on the right.

NSF. Non Sufficient Funds

A bad thing to find on Bank Draft day. That
means you didn’t have funds enough for your
automatic bank draft. Not only do you get
charged a fee from your bank, CMI does also and
we pass this cost onto you.  We will send you
notification if this happens to you and will assist
you in getting your CMI purchases back on track.

Bank Draft Changes, Cancels, and Restarts

The CMI Payment Center requires cancellations
and
restarts in writing. Scroll the right column on
this page to click to the proper form. You can
mail your request (same address used for coin
orders), fax it to (702) 617-3454, or email us at
dpcmi@yahoo.com

To change the amount of your draft, please
submit a Bank Draft Authorization Form,
completely filled out, and mark the CHANGE box
at the top.  See the link to the right & above.

To
change your bank account, please send us a
new voided check with a Authorization Form.

NOTE: to change your amount, we only need the
form, not another voided check.

How to 'skip one month':

Each month is processed separately, i.e., we
cannot take advance requests  for any future
month of bank activity.
For example: You cannot call and say, 'please
skip me 1 month'. You must submit a form to
cancel in month A. In month B you must submit
a
restart form to restart your bank draft.  If we
do not receive a restart form, you will remain
cancelled.

How to change the amount for one month:

You cannot call and ask, 'please draft me one
month at the eagle level.'  You have to submit a
change in the amount for each month that you
are changing it. (to increase in month A and then
to decrease in month B)  If you do not submit the
changes, the draft will remain the same.
